Featured Artist July/August: Peggy Goldsmith Camelia & Chimera - Watercolor on Rag Paper - 2008 Color Contemplations Original Watercolor Paintings On View: July 16th - August 19th Peggy Goldsmith's watercolors show a confidence drawn from decades of working with this challenging medium. Her still life and floral studies reflect a joyful appreciation of her life, and the gifts brought by every season in her Edmonds garden home. Come out for a stroll through downtown Edmonds every Third Thursday of each month - and discover a wealth of exciting local artwork. Local businesses and galleries host an artist and their work from 5 to 8 p.m. Maps of the artwalk route are available online through the Edmonds Chamber of Commerce and at host businesses. Autumn's Framing & Gallery changes their featured artist monthly, giving patrons a chance to preview and enjoy the artwork at lesiure before meeting an artist during the Third Thursday Artwalk.
